My Problem

Approximately a year and a half ago, I began shedding my hair. I truly couldn’t believe it, when I awoke one morning and noticed a large clump of hair lying on my pillow. This became a morning routine, until my hair was noticeable thinner. This undeniably shocked my system and took a major toll on my psyche. My self-esteem plummeted and I knew I needed to find a remedy, before the problem escalated even further. An Initial Attempt

Initially, I thought I was sick or suffering from some type of medical problem. So, I did what anyone would do. I scheduled a visit to my primary doctor. She invited me in and listened to each and every one of my concerns. After a brief chat, a few tests were run and it was determined that I was perfectly healthy. Although this was definitely reassuring, it also meant that the cause of my hair loss would remain unknown. This resulted in attempting to find a solution through a trial and error process. I put my trust in my doctor and believed she would be able to find a solution on the first attempt.

My doctor provided me with Diphencyprone. I was instructed to apply the liquid chemical to my scalp several times each day. The medication was very easy to apply and I was happy to know that I wouldn’t have to attempt to swallow a large pill. During my use of this medication, I did achieve moderate results, but the negative side effects were basically unbearable. I noticed a poison ivy-like rash on my scalp, but the potential side effects do not stop there. They’ll be listed below for your consideration.

  • A rash on your scalp
  • Swelling of the lymph nodes
  • Development of blisters
  • Changes of skin pigmentation

I was truly fortunate that I didn’t develop blisters on my scalp! This frightened me greatly, so I put a stop to the treatment. After a few more failures, I eventually made my way to hair loss treatment at home, but I’ll get to that a little further down.

Corticosteroids

Another viable treatment that I discovered was Corticosteroid. The steroid in the name gave me concern initially, but I found that Betamethasone is constantly utilized for skin and scalp disorders. These anti-inflammatory medications are capable of eliminating swelling and promoting hair growth. After discovering that it had been used to successfully help countless others, I was thrilled to give it a try. Applying the medication was truly effortless and the lotion definitely fnatural hair Loss Treatment At Homeeels great, when first applied to the scalp.

Unfortunately, these medications are not entirely flawless. I discovered this the hard way. I began to notice that my scalp was turning incredibly dry and very itchy. When I put a halt to the Corticosteroid, my scalp quickly returned to normal. This was startling, so I performed a little bit of research. Below, you will discover some of the other side effects, which are commonly associated with these medications.

  • Acne
  • Burning and itching of the skin
  • Skin discoloration
  • Skin thinning
  • Decreased production of natural hormones by the user’s adrenal glands

Again, my hopes quickly diminished and I put an end to my treatment. Although I was able to achieve some results with these medications, the risks were frightening and not worth it in the long run.

Hair Loss Treatment At Home

Eventually, I felt that I had tried pretty much everything. I had been unable to achieve the results that I desired and my options were truly running out. I did contemplate surgeries, but their risks were too frightening to bear. I was nearly at my breaking point and had all, but given up hope. After struggling and nearly spiraling into depression, I decided to look into a hair loss treatment at home. I ran across a very eye-opening video, which explained a lot about home remedies, their uses and their effectiveness. I was very surprised that all of the following ingredients could be used for restoring hair growth.

  • Coconut oil massages
  • Almond oil massages
  • Indian Gooseberry
  • Fenugreek
  • Onion Juice
  • Aloe Vera
  • Licorice root

Despite watching the video and being pretty much desperate, I was still fairly hesitant to give these concoctions a try. Frankly, they seemed a little bit ludicrous. However, I performed a little bit of research and discovered that countless individuals had been able to regrow their hair, by using this hair loss treatment at home. With that in mind, I obtained a good amount of coconut oil and onion juice.

Carrying It Out

After I had obtained the ingredients necessary, I began carrying out the treatments. Much to my surprise, the treatment was carried out much easier and much less messy than I had initially believed. The natural ingredients smell great and felt even better on my scalp. At this point, I was happy, but I also wanted to achieve some noticeable results.

A Glaring Success

After several weeks of utilizing the home treatment, I began to see some significant changes. My scalp was smooth and no longer dry. At the same time, my scalp was no longer visible, when looking through a mirror! This told me that my hair was starting to regrow and had already become much thicker. If I could speak to anyone, who is suffering from hair loss, I would tell them to avoid OTC treatments and prescription medications. Instead, I would instruct them to give home treatments a chance!
